"The staff is, the manager doesn’t listen. The stylist was horrible. Argumentative continued interrupt me wasn’t listening, was only interested in making sure that I knew that she was the expert. I literally got up and walked out before he allowed her to even come here she didn’t even rinse my hair out from the awful product that I told her that I didn’t like she didn’t shampoo it well at all she only shampooed like half of my head and then I told her that I didn’t like a specific product. She just said oh in Lou of offering to shampoo out of my hair, and then she try washing my hair with ice cold water. She was more interested in letting me know that she was the expert, and she was having a conversation just to listen and after speaking, and after speaking with The manager, I can see why I asked for the franchisee contact information or the district managers, contact information and was refused that information. I literally did not even allow the stylus to come out my hair from after she put water on it I mean, I guess we can say she washed it and she acted like I was a complete inconvenience when I walked in literally was the only person they are waiting and let she let me know. There was a 45 minute wait she kept saying really loud like it was just a father that I was there."
