"The guys that are in there watch people play scratch tickets and employees will go in behind them and buy them. A bunch of crooks is what they are. I went in there got 5 tickets in a row and no one went in and the employee in front of the owner manager got the next one. People like this should be reported to the lottery commission which I will be doing after the holidays."
