"Short lady with glasses who “helped” get my online order today made me wish to never to do a store pick up ever again. I don’t know if the staff is just dense but the least they could do is be nice. I placed the order online and after basically having to make her check for my order in the back she comes out and says “we already had it in stock here. You could of just came in to buy it.” Ridiculous. Can’t believe this is the standard of people we’re settling with in the retail world now a days."

"I always have such an extraordinary experience every time I come in here, and today was no exception. The website said a particular hat was available here in the store and I called to make sure. Omar located my item and said he would hold it for me. I got there and another gentleman had me sit down and get comfortable while I waited.
