"This review would have been a lot lower if it wasn’t for Madelin’s help. My mom was looking for a specific Bare Mineral’s eyeshadow palette for months. Today we went in and asked for 2 employees to check if they had the eyeshadow stocked in the back. 1 employee went to the back and took a while to come back and told us it wasn’t in stock. The other employee didn’t bother to check and just told us that whatever is on the floor is what they have. It seems like the employees are pushing for customers to stop coming in and just start buying products online. Luckily, we had Madelin help us at the register and she told us that she could see there was one eyeshadow palette in stock on her phone. She was super sweet and I’m glad she was able to help us!!"

"The girls here are genuinely friendly and very helpful. I have really bad social anxiety and don't get out alot. They made me feel very welcome, listened to what I was needing, and not overly pushy to make sales. Thanks ladies!!!"

"The worst customer service experience I've come across. Asked for help finding the Tarte concealer and needed help to match my tone. Instead the employee started stocking out all the missing samples yesterday and went on about her day. Next I stood in line with 12 customers and noticed 1 cashier taking orders while 3 of them were chatting up a storm behind the registers. Then one of them proceeds to pick up an outside call and help answer questions. This was 2 weeks in a row btw. Do better Ulta!"

"Ulta beauty at dove creek is amazing to say the least. I wanted a “mommy makeover” after becoming a new mom. The salon did an amazing job cutting, styling and deep conditioning my hair. They also were very accommodating when I brought my infant son and allowed me to breastfeed him during my appointment. I highly recommend them to anyone especially new moms looking for their “mommy makeover!” Thank you ulta beauty!"
