"I can’t believe I have lived in this area over five years and never visited this place. This was my first time but it will not be my last. The lady (I didn’t get her name) at the front desk was one of the sweetest, most polite person I have seen in a long time. I got a pedicure with gel and it was very nice. I explained the gentlemen I had knee surgery and he was very gentle. I plan to go back!"

"I have used this nail salon numerous times and often was very happy. Unfortunately the last time I came in was Saturday and I am thinking twice about returning. I love the guy that runs the cash register area. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was getting my current dip polish removed and new dip polish put on. The nail tech that waited on me wrote the name of Andy on my receipt. I definitely would not recommend him at all. He soaked my nails in acetone for a few minutes and then began to grind off my old polish. My major complaint was he used the grinder the whole process and actually cut my cuticles in 3 different places twice on one thumb. I was nice and just said oww the first two times but the last time I was more vocal and he asked if that hurt and I told yes it hurt a lot and actually held my thumb for a few minutes. I considered getting up and leaving or asking for someone else but they were extremely busy and I didn’t want to cause a scene. He cut me with the grinder and then would put my hand back into the acetone which burned like crazy! He even added more acetone and pushed my nails further into the bowl when I wasn’t putting them deep enough. He did not trim my cuticle at all with the clippers he only used the grinder. I normally never complain but I got my nails done Saturday and today is Tuesday. My thumb is still swollen and the cuts are very visible. The area is very sensitive and painful. I wore a bandage with some triple antibiotic ointment on it to try to get it to heal and it is still bothering me. Then once he got all the polish off from my previous visit he used the rectangled sponge like file but he was filing my cuticles and finger as much if not more than my nail and it was already hurting. I am only writing this in hopes that management will talk with this tech so he will not do other customers like I was done. He definitely needs to go over his processes of removing dip polish. I have been there over 30 times before and always had very good experiences. Unfortunately I try to be very kind to people and there are so many other nail salons available so I will have to think about where I may go next time."

"The whole staff is great, particularly Joann who I see for my nails and lashes. She does an amazing job, I always get compliments on my real nails that I grew out with her help as well as my eyelash extensions. Highly recommend her!"
