"This place has gone WAY down hill in the last 2 years. I've been a customer for 4 years here and today is my last day. Currently booking an appointment with a different salon to have my nails completely redone tomorrow. They didn't do what I asked for and then wanted to only give me $10 off. Took them 2.5 hours to do a terrible job."
