"First time customer (new to area). Nail technician did not properly provide services I paid for. Got the signature pedicure and express manicure with Nextgen. Pedicure poorly done. Technician barely massaged and filed my feet. Service included callus removal that technician did not do well. Minimal effort given during service. Was too embarrassed by technician’s lack of care to speak up. Just wanted to get it over with since I have a wedding to attend out of the country and this was the only time to get nails done. Ended up having to file feet and callus on my own. Nextgen manicure nail polish was cute though. Still tipped 20% to be polite as she did both my manicure and pedicure, but as I look over my pedicure, I wish I’d tipped less."

"Love this place! The staff are all so nice and do a great job on my nails! Reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is they seem to run out of the polish colors I prefer and don’t replace them. I would definitely recommend!"

Attention to detail and clean work. Misty the owner is always a delight, she helped me decide on nail color & style for my wedding, that’s trust! If you want a trusting and reliable nail salon that does amazing work give them a shot! You won’t be disappointed."

"Jade literally gives the best pedicure. She is meticulous and literally works miracles on my ingrown prone toe nails. Her massage will put you to sleep. The pressure is perfect. She goes to the knee and includes the knee. She digs out all the skin impacted on my side wall and her technique is painless. Michelle does exactly what I describe. The service is such great quality my nails last well over the time for a fill. No lifting, chipping or breaks! I’m an esthetician, laser technician, injector and I’m a mom who cooks and cleans daily so I use my hands a lot! You’ll love these ladies!"

"Don’t recommend. I went for a concert to get my solar nails and pedicure. Reviews were 50/50 so I went myself. $120 after tip and I almost cried because an individual artist would have cared and worked hard for that amount. Pedicure: never overpay, so I got the express. I thought since the callus remover was more, I could ask them for it as an additional since it wasn’t on the paper (or they would try to upsell and remind me-wasn’t the case). When she was adding the clear coat, I grab the rough part on my foot and asked if it was included and I said I wanted the callus remover. She did it but got mad at me. Also didn’t get the massage at all. Even after going back she finished before my moms who started first. Also, my pinky toe nails didn’t stay because she put my slides on with wet toes while I got my nails done. When I got home I was so upset but again had to get ready for my concert. Nails: I asked for a solar set. My pedicure lady started them because no one was available. She put on tips that were too small (knew she was going to try to file down my nail to hide this) when the nail girl sat down she was annoyed she had to do them. I pointed out the nails and she didn’t care. She then went on to do my white and pink set. She asked if I wanted 3 shades of pink I said the middle one but when she did a stroke it was barely pink so then she got the “dark pink”. As you can see ,this looks like basic pink. The biggest issue was her LACK of attention when she was using the FORM for the pink. Literally EVERY nail….. the white corner doesn’t meet the pink and it’s a square instead of a point. Also I asked for mostly white and she barely made white. The white and pink ratio are different for each nail. This was absolutely unacceptable but I had plans and realistically they would have to redo the whole set which I didn’t have the time since it already took so long. Won’t be using them for my time in Dallas. Note: The lady next to me was doing a custom nail set for her regular customer and you can tell she cared! The regular said she only trusted that lady and I can’t tell why. Not my personal experience unfortunately. You’ve been warned!"
