"I HATE THIS PLACE. I’ve been here many times because it’s in a convenient location for me but the experience gets worse every time. I’m never coming to this place again. 1. The service is TERRIBLE they make people wait upwards to 2 hours. They also don’t know how to treat their customers. They insult you and gossip about you assuming you can’t understand what they are saying. They also insult you to your face. They get annoyed at you telling you to hurry up during billing if you try to ask any questions. 2. DO NOT get a haircut here not only will they mess it up but charge you $30 for a simple trim. I got less than an inch cut off and they charged me $30. 3. They are severely understaffed at all times so you can’t expect good customer service or quality, they will just try to do everything as fast as possible. This place ruined my day. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Please for your own sake, don’t go here."
