"If you have sensitive and thin skin don’t go to this place. As you can see in photo, I got burns will take almost more than a year to go back to their normal state. Only one person is skilled there. Rest all staff members always gave me minor burns so I ignored it everytime. Been here four times and only once got no burns. But last time its too much and guess what, I think it was the owner who did this to me."

"WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had . I recently went there for haircut and the hair stylist Rani treated me so rude . She was constantly commenting on my hair and disgracing me . Even though I mentioned her to just trim my hair a little, she purposefully cut my long hair to a very short length without even listening to me about what hair cut I would like to have . At the end she put blame on me and left without apologizing or even feeling sorry. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this Parlour to anyone who would like to get a calm and peaceful experience. The stylists who work here are always in hurry or either talking on phone without respecting the customers. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ."

"Awesome experience. Just a little wait I am not sure we they take appointments. But walk ins are welcome for any salon services. Staff has so much patience with you and won’t let u know . My experience with Apeksha was awesome. Reasonable prices and clean salon . Plenty of parking . They won’t rush like other salon like to get done with your other stuff , they will service you for what you’re asking and have really patience with you ( so you don’t mind the wait ) . Waiting area has sofa and chairs for 6-7 people .Please carry on the great work! Small suggestion to ask people to sign in once they enter to know there turn , I saw people seeing the sofas are full and think they won’t get the chance or have to wait longer and then finally walk away, but make sure not to accept just sign in allow anytime ; hold just 5-10 min of spot . Otherwise people will sign eat at Savera lol and come back !"
