"One of the ladies speaks some English, and the other lady does not speak English, so if you don't speak Spanish, be prepared to use a translator app to communicate (Deepl is a good one) and bring reference photos! But don't worry, you can put your faith in these ladies because they know what they are doing. :) I showed my girl my reference photos and used the translator to mention some key preferences, and she executed my haircut perfectly. I would be happy to get my hair cut here again. One more thing - bring cash!"

Amazing customer service and it was my first time bleaching my hair to a brighter color and she did a MAGNIFICENT job, the results were better than I ever expected.
