"2/8/24 @4:35pm: I signed up with the app and then arrived when 2nd on the list of 8 people. Two stylists working, but one went to the back room when it was my turn. I waited another 15 minutes and finally left, several minutes behind another waiting customer. This type of thing has happened a few times over the years I’ve been a patron of this particular location and it’s frustrating when there are people waiting for service and a worker just abandons their post. I’ve had a couple pleasant visits over the years, but I’m curious to know what the owner thinks about stylists just walking away instead of serving the customers."

"I took my kids for a haircut today and one stylist did a great job while the other completely messed up my other child’s hair!!! Who cuts hair without wetting it? If I ever do go back which I highly doubt I will for sure make sure she does not cut my child’s hair again."

"I went for a trim, the girl did a good job but she soaked my hair to trim it an she didn't want to dry it and I had other errands to run but I had to go home to dry my hair."

"Hit or miss, but I'm not picky about my hair so really it's not a huge deal for me. A couple of the stylists very clearly do not want to be there. I understand their queue system, but even when I check in online and get there when it says 1 minute left, it'll suddenly shoot up to an hour once I walk in. I don't think I've ever waited less than 45 minutes even when checking in well ahead online."
