"The only reason I gave this location a 2 is because my favorite stylist works there. I have followed Cassandra to the various locations she has worked. However, today when I tried to use a coupon I had received from Supercuts in an e-mail, I was told the owner has removed all coupons from their system. They were not able to honor either the $5 or $4 off, nor could they use a $3 off competitor coupon. It was interesting to note that while they were telling me they could not honor the coupon, another customer came up asking about it. She took her family and left when they would not accept it. Perhaps the owner should reconsider his coupon policy since at least 3 haircuts walked out the door."

"My husband came here for a quick haircut, we made an appointment online which was super easy. We get there and the woman who worked on him greeted us and asked what we needed, he told her all the details with which clip numbers to use for his hair cut. She did the complete opposite of what he asked which isn’t the worse part… She nicked his neck and when he told her she said “oh sorry about that these clippers tend to do that.” And kept going on his hair cut (Why not get new clippers??) after his cut she said ok your done and didn’t provide a mirror for my husband to inspect his hair.. probably because she knew how bad his neck looked… the two pictures in the car were right after his hair cut. My husband was so angry he didn’t even want to go back inside and say anything. The other two pictures are what his neck look like now, 6 hours later. We were both very disappointed with the nonchalant attitude of nicking someone and not thinking to switch to a different pair of clippers. Now my husband has to wait for his uneven haircut to grow out and for his neck to heal. I truly hope this review gets seen by management and I hope they at the very least make her get new clippers. We did not get her name or a receipt because my husband wanted to see what his neck looked like because he said it felt on fire but she was the woman in the first chair, she had dark hair and platform converse on."
