"Recently I entered this location with the belief I would get a good haircut similar to other great clips locations. This location of great clips is definitely not what I got. The only thing I got from here was a $#*!ed up haircut. Received a haircut from a lady with the worst attitude yesterday evening and will not being returning because of her. I can not even believe that they can call their store "Great Clips" meanwhile they are giving the $#*!tiest clips. The rude lady need to go back to school to know how to cut hair and behave with customers. Complete waste of money. She didn’t find my notes in the system when I tried explaining her about the haircut that I wanted, she did not listen to my request at all and I ended up getting worst haircut of my life. Please look for other great clip locations but definitely not this one."

"The rude lady messed my sons hair up, none of it was even did offer no apology nor a refund . There is no way she didn’t know she messed up and let my son go out like that. His stepmom had to take him back to get it fixed only for him to go to school today and other kids tell him his hair is patchy. When asked for corporate number she kept saying it was on the card that she gave his stepmom when it wasn’t, she was just trying to not get a complaint"
