"I DO NOT recommend!!! The lady butchered my eyebrows! I left with two completely different eyebrows. I had to have someone fix them up for me but you can see how she didn’t know what she was doing by the scarring I have the next day. She pulled my skin as she was threading them. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for the past 6 years and I have never had an experience like this. I will never trust them with my eyebrows again!!"

"WORST EYELASH PLACE. i normally do my own lashes at home, but wanted to treat myself and couldnt beat the price. Please dont go here! i went in and the ladys had absolutely no idea what they were doing. They store their lashes all balled up, theres no sanitation whatsoever. The first red flag was that they said not to wash or touch my lashes at all which is BAD! you NEED to waah your lashes because of dirt build up. When they started doing my lashes they were just randomly placing them on my eyes without isolation, and the bond and lashes were literally sticking to my skin and hurt, not only that, but the lashes were going all sorts of directions, even with brushing and looked like costume lashes from dollar general, i could literally see the jaggedness of the lashes rather then them being fluffy. They tried to convince me to keep going with the process, and when i denied they circled around me and tried putting some weird burning substance on my eye and ripping the lashes out, resulting me in swearing in pain and they refused to stop. After the process was finally finished they just simply walked away to the front counter and completely ignored me like they didnt just rip out my lashes. Please do not go here, if the prices seem too good to be true its because they are. My eye were extremely sore afterwards and i was scared id get a reaction. I hope this helps someone, please just spend the money to get you nice fluffy lashes that wont ruin you eyes, rather then going to a place where its obvious they have no prior training. They didnt even have photos to offer me to see what my lashes would look like, i only really went off of the one photo in the review page and put trust into them. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. DONT RISK YOUR LASHES."

"Usually this place is five stars. The young lady today that did my eyebrow threading and waxing really didn't seem to know what she was doing while waxing. It was a little disappointing. She also bruised me with the bikini wax."

"Do not get your eyebrows laminated here…. I walked out with my eyebrows looking worse than when I came in. I don’t understand the qualifications for the beauty industry anymore, if you find a good threader, beautician, stylist, nail tech, or whatever…. Stick to them. Even if that means you have to drive 2 hours. I recently had a terrible experience with a new shop I had my eyebrows threaded at, it took 2 months and counting to fix. I have sought out new places following a move to the city and I have had nothing but terrible experiences all around. I will be making the 2 hour drive next time. It is just not worth the convenience. I guess anyone can work in the beauty industry. Customer service was decent, but I could care less about that if it means a bad experience."
