"They have horrible customer service. It is the day before Thanksgiving and the shop is empty. The head lady who sits behind the area where you pay asked me what I needed. I told her that I just needed a design on my nails. She proceeds to tell me it’s 15 per nail. So I decide on a cheaper design which was 10 per nail. She finishes one nail in 2 minutes. I’m like, I’m sorry but I really don’t like it. Instead of her trying again because it was only diamonds, she says and I quote, “Well you can take off and go to your nail shop to get it done”, and she roughly whips the diamonds off because again they had not set. I told her that this is the reason you guys are loosing so much business. Your customer service sucks and you expect me to spend my hard earned money on what you want me to have instead of what I asked for. I will never spend my money at this place again. As I’m walking out an old man walks in and asked if he could just get his finger nails clipped. She proceeds to tell him $65. They are a complete rip off and it shows in their work."

"I do not recommend coming here because my experience here was trash they messed me and my mom's nails up twice they weren't able to get the job done. I could barely understand them and they just couldn't do it right and the prices weren't worth it."

"Horrible service will not be returning I set a appointment arrived and still waited about another 40 mins was never acknowledged also every time I go there is a different price for the exact same thing I always get white tip gel. super long wait and not good work don’t understand this used to be my favorite nail shop."

"Normally I’m very satisfied with Tina’s Work , but today I think I made up my mind to never return . I usually pay between $70-$90 dollars for my nails . And I usually get them Really long with all the sparkles or whatever I want. Today I waited 2 hours for this and was charged $70 bucks and it’s not even the length or the style I asked for . This was a clear sign I need a new nail tech ! She was very aggressive with my nails and on the phone the whole time . I’ve been coming here since 2014 and this was the final straw . My sister got a whole new set with rhinestones and a much longer length for $60 . So I’m not understanding."
