"I got my hair done on 5/6/2021 for Cassandra’s Cousin Toirys wedding. I was told that Cassandra specializes in natural hair and was happy to see her rocking a puff the day of my appointment… somehow everything took a turn. As someone who has natural hair and works with African American hair for many years it became very clear she had no clue what she was doing. When we went to the sink bowl she began to comb my hair DRY with a RAT TAIL COMB, I would say ow that hurts and she would giggle. When she washed my hair she continued to use the rat tail comb and did not detangle my hair. Next we went back to her chair where she half blow dried my hair and proceeded to flat iron it WHILE WET & USING NO HEAT PROTECTANT. She then styled my hair in a semi sleek ponytail without securing my hair under the track hair so my hair continued to poke out of the ponytail. After the wedding I washed my hair twice and glue would not come out of my hair I then sought professional help and that’s when i realized this woman Cassandra Paul had no idea what she was doing! My hair had glue in it everywhere and once we got rid of the glue the hair was so badly damaged by the flat iron that I now need to cut my mid back length hair to a pixie cut. DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN SHE HAS NO IDEA HOW TO DO NATURAL HAIR. SHE HAS RUINED MY HAIR THAT TOOK YEARS TO GROW."
