"My niece went to get her hair done by a girl named Shelia being 15 she's scared to say any thing but calls me crying it was terrible nothing she asked for when called up there she said they don't do refunds for a good job and It wasn't at all what she wanted I asked to speak to owner she said I rent my chair she has no controll over it and hung up I have never heard of such horrible customer service of I could give 0 stars I would as a business owner you let that happen"

"Worst hairstylist ever do NOT go here I showed her the pictures of what I wanted and the hair stylist Sheila did the complete opposite of what I wanted didn’t even ask me and just did It. When we called for a refund the were rude and said they did the job what they did is screwup my hair 2 hours be for homecoming."
