"Well I WAS going to be a new customer. I'm new to the area and this salon was the top recommended salon in the area for balayage on yelp. I made my appt for 1:45pm on a Saturday with Emmy. I called an hour prior to my appt to see if she was going to be ready earlier then my appt time bc I was out running errands. She said that she wouldn't be ready for me early..no big deal. get there at 1:35 and she was mixing the solution for the customer that was supposed to be processing when I was getting done. At 1:50 she comes up to me and tells me she's going to be another 20 mins. I wait…and at 2:15 she still was not done coloring the woman's hair before me. So after waiting 30 mins and she's still not even finished coloring the girls hair before me, decide it's better if I just leave because my time is precious just like hers. I tell her I'm leaving and then she proceeds to tell me how every customer that day had shown up late which set her back....I would have appreciated to have been told when I called prior to my appt that she was running extremely behind and offered to reschedule then rather then me waste my entire Saturday around a hair appt that never ended up happening."
