"Very inconsiderate of customers time. Yesterday I came in (when they weren’t busy) and other customers left before I did when they had checked in after I did and also just wanted a pedicure and nails done. I was here for two and a half hours. Today I had to unfortunately come back due to a broken nail and the manager asked me “can you come back later? We’re busy” when I just have ONE nail to fix. They’re not that busy, she’s been walking to the back and to go and talk to other people. Meanwhile Ive already been waiting for an hour, currently still waiting to have my one nail fixed. Very inconvenient. When I walked in another customer was already mad for experiencing the same thing I did yesterday."
