"Just got done with my sons' hair cut here and me and my son have been coming here for the past couple years ever since I got stationed here in Fort Worth. When I wanted critiques done with my sons' hair so I can have it to me and my sons liking it seems as if the stylist was complaining. When I went to the counter to pay, I ask for a military discount and never have I expected to get one but every time I visit, I ask, and I usually receive it with no problem. The counter lady that I knew was new to the job said that I had to be the one getting the hair cut in order for my son to be receiving the discount. Never had this happen here before. My wife was present in the building at the time and noticed that both the counter lady and my stylist had said really? just for asking for my discount. "Came here for a beard trim and brought my kids for their cuts. Worst haircut ever for my son. We all have long hair and put it up in either a viking braid or a man bun. For some reason the lady thought it was a good idea to cut almost 2 inches into my sons long hair.... see pic for reference. We're now at a barber shop and they cant fix it.... obviously. The stylist who did was an older spanish lady."
