"Yeah, I have graduation in 2 weeks, and needed a quick trim. So I asked for the lady to cut off 1 in. and I even showed her how much I wanted off. She then proceeded to cut my hair DOWN to 1 in. before I could even say anything and now I have possibly the worst haircut I've ever received. This isn't a one time thing either, they just seem to always screw up more than the last time. There is a reason why I started to only get 2 haircuts a year. If you insist on going, the only person I've ever liked is the guy with silver hair, unfortunately I don't know his name. So yeah, I gave them 20$ to make myself look like I cut my own hair."

"Why aren't the photo's attaching to this? I never write bad reviews for companies or products but today is going to be the exception. I have taken my three grandchildren to Great Clips for over 13 years. I have been to varies locations: University Loop 288 (for a number of years) Hickory Creek (we followed Ms. Emily to this location) We go nearly every single month for two haircuts for boys that are now getting adult haircuts and my granddaughter is normally every two months. (she is 7) Today we had to go in and we waited all week because Emily was on vacation. When we arrived we found out there was going to be nearly a two hour wait for her. (which I understand...everyone comes to see her) I couldn't wait that long today and so we tried a new girl, after all ... we just needed a HAIR ADJUSTMENT since my darling girl decided to cut a chunk out of her hair. So the following is what we did. 1. Asked for a TRIM---13.00 2. Asked that she shampoo her hair first so she can see the damage that was done at the home on the ranch beauty shop. After the cut I asked if she would dry her hair since we were going to lunch. There was still a large gap when D cut her hair so I asked if she would put a braid in the bang (I get this done ALL THE TIME) When we were checking out the girl was having all sorts of issues. She said she need the MANAGER because she needed help added EVERYTHING ALL TOGETHER...really SO the wonderful Manager, Melissa who is always rude when we go in and again we are there a lot! We have been there years before her and we will be there years after she is LONG GONE. There was a 30.00 charge for blow drying her hair and putting a braid that she didn't even put our rubber band back in. The hair feel out by the time we got 3 miles down the road to lunch. The manager made no excuses, didn't try to apologize or explain. I would NEVER pay 30.00 for a blow dry. This is more than Coyotes in Pilot Point, TX. Jessica does great and is not that expensive. Again for a SEVEN year old girl. I am going to try to put the photos on here. I have tried to do my review twice an it won't post. Hmmmmmm What's up with that. I am going to contact the regional on this...as we may need to find somewhere else to go. This is the 30.00 HAIR STYLE that we got today. Again not even our rubber band was put at the end of the braid to hold it in place. If the Manager would have acted like she cared, understood, apologize that I was SO STUPID I didn't dream anyone would try to take advantage of me. I would be okay but just as she does every time we go in...she sticks her nose in the air and walks away. I am not sure what her duties are but I think I would check it out.
