"Don’t buy a gift card from them. Spent $50 for one on Christmas for my wife. She went the next day and it wouldn’t go through. Told me there was nothing they could do, even with a receipt. And that I would have to call customer service myself. The card was bought in the same store."

"Worst experience ever, not only did the girl behind the counter, who I think is the manager, (she’s been there a few years)answer a call and continued to be disgusted by the caller, making obscene gestures putting the receiver down on counter and cursing before picking it up again and acting all nice. She recommended a hair color that looks awful, will never go here again, she’s a miserable human being that I think enjoys giving people bad advise. Can’t wait till my regular stylist is back in business to correct this mess."
