"This is my husband’s account but i’m a woman lol…. Kim (desk #7) did my nails. I showed a pic and asked for a super natural dip color, like pretty much the same color as a natural nail. She did them and the dip powder we picked made them super bright pink. Pink nails are not really my thing so I asked if we could add an ombre effect to tone down the pink. At first she said its too late, which it was, but then she started to file them down to remove some color and added ombre. I felt bad because a one hour service turned into two and she basically had to do a lot more work when she didnt have to. She was super nice and im so happy with them! Her customer service was excellent and she made sure i was happy with them. I will be back and I will ask for her again!"

"At first they were really nice but the girl that was doing my nails was so mean and she cut my skin. And my finger was bringing and it wasn't even the right color she put silver and it was supposed to be a gold line. I'm not looking forward to making here again."

"UPDATE: This nails didn't last any time whatsoever!! After about the first week and a half, EVERY SINGLE NAIL WAS LIFTING. I tired to give them a few chances, but with every visit I had the same results! There's nothing more disappointing in having long nails that lift well before a fill is even needed. I'm not sure if it's the products that are poor quality or the application technique. Either way, I won't be returning. Myself and my mother visited this location a few days ago 6/14 and I must say I'm impressed. I called to schedule an appointment and asked who did the best nail art and I was recommended to see Lili. Upon arrival, everyone was friendly. They greeted ud upon entry, were offered a beverage and we were quickly serviced. I stowed Lili a picture and she basically did my nails from memory based off thee initial glance. She did a pretty good job too. They're not exactly like the picture, but they're close enough as I'm not that particula. The only downside was that I was there for a little over three hours. However, I did have a full set of nails that I needed to soak off and that was pretty time consuming. As of today, I'll definitely return to this nail salon. Let's see if the nails hold up until its time for a fill. That will be the ultimate determining factor."
