"We have been at home sick a friend placed an order for two bowls of soup, not less than two cups bread not wrapped and was to hard to break in general the most disgusting food I've ever received. TotL health Hazzard. Will never go there or order from there again. Definitely not comfort food."

"The food is great, when they fix it correctly (which is rare). It is the worst customer service of any restaurant in the area. If they are out of something, they fix it differently without informing you or offering a replacement. You have to check your order and unwrap all your food before you leave the restaurant. If they mess up, they never admit it and rarely give a refund. So sad because it is one of the only healthier options in the area, but I will not order from this location again. Portions are getting smaller and smaller every time I order. You pay over $3.50 for chicken on a salad and get about 4 small bite size strips of chicken. Management needs a complete overhaul and owners need to be more in the loop about their inexcusably awful customer service."

"The people working were super polite. They notified me after my order at the kiosk that they were out of steak. We already made our mind on what we wanted before we left the house, so it took a few minutes to decide on something else. The gut taking the order was patient with me. The food was fresh and did not disappoint. I will have to try this place for breakfast."

"This is for the owner of this location, It is imperative that you FIRE EVERYONE at this store and start fresh, this includes management. I love the Panera brand, and so I have visited this location more than once with the hopes that my previous bad experience would be my last. However, I have had no such luck. I have called several times to place an order by phone, but no one ever answers. They are frequently out of product, various breads and chips to be exact. And finally the service is lacking at best. The store is rarely ever full, but the wait is always long. The service folks love to talk to each other, while you stand there waiting for them to acknowledge your presence. It is the absolute worst. If you love Panera like I do, GO ELSEWHERE. There are so many other great locations out there with better service, and fully stocked supplies. Going forward, I'll be going to the Kingwood store."

"Apparently, half salads are now 1/4 salads. They are served in 6×5×3.5 containers that are less than half full. Between that and the missing sandwich... let's just say I'm very Hangry. I got a refund for the sandwich, at least."
