"I received bad service because my regular manicurist Tammy wasn't there. The guy that did the service used rocks for the leg massage that were barely warm and I did not get an arm massage or hand massage when I was getting my manicure done. Also the Polish that was used on my nails was peeling off the very next day. Very dissatisfied customer"

"Got my nails done a month ago and when I was getting them done I felt a burning when they had the hand under the light I went to pull it back and the lady aggressively pulled it back in and laughed Now I’m trying to get my nails to come off and it’s glued to my skin Will not go here ever again"

"Ugliest nails I’ve ever had done. They look so bad. The lady who did my nails was so rough with me. I left with a bloody finger and ugly nails. The cut is deep and painful. They are careless here. I also asked for dip. The lady did gel. When I told her I wanted dip she just kept going and made excuses. I kept showing her my reference photo and telling her I wanted her to fix my nails but she wouldn’t listen. She ended up charging me $60 for gel!!! I’ve never been charged so much for gel. $60 is how much I typically get charged to get dip and dip is more expensive than gel is. So disappointing. I don’t recommend coming here. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"I went here to get my nails for prom and the lady didn’t do it anything like the photo. They were so bad. I came back to get them redone and the entire staff was rude and argumentative. Do not come here if you don’t wanna be patronized and gaslighted into thinking bad nails are good. First photo is reference and the rest is what I got."
