"Had an appointment for a mani and I was put over to the area of the mani station and no one said a thing to me. After 20 minutes (I did have an appointment) no one said a thing to me! What’s the point of making an appointment when you are ignored for 20 minutes. I got up and left!"

"I had a man. I forget his name but my god were these awful. He just kept saying you have to trust me and then let me leave like this. They separated me from my friend which I can understand but it was just me and this man. I was quite uncomfortable. At one point I even pointed out mistake and he just filled them down a little and then would say “you just have to trust me”. I ended up going home fixing them myself because I don’t have time to go and get my nails AGAIN. He was taking phone calls to and setting appointments for other nail techs which can get confusing but if you can’t multitask you shouldn’t be doing nails then. They were so bad and it’s upsetting because the friend I went with had such beautiful nails from a different nail tech. 6 out of my 10 fingernails were bumpy. I was so defeated and just wished I could’ve asked for a different nail tech but I was putting trust in him because I didn’t want to judge but I was so embarrassed to leave with this."

"My Daughter and I went in for pedicures 10/25/23, we walked in and the girl at the desk was rude , We should have left then , The girl my daughter had work on her feet was excellent , The girl I had was rude rushed my pedi, no I didn't tip I won't for being treated like I was an inconvenient part of her day , The girl who cashed us out tried to charge me 40.00 for a 35.00 pedi , My toes hurt she cut 2 of my toes , then said it was because she couldn't cut under my toenails cause I'd bleed ? That's not to the quick . How do I know she cut 2 of my toes ? The rubbing alcohol burned , When she did apply the nail polish I chose she told to me sit no time that I was able to get up just sit. My daughter was told to sit for 10 mins , I won't be back we won't be back I refuse to be treated they way I was , Then have people get mad cause I won't tip , My Daughter got married yesterday 10/31/23 , I had to hobble around in pain I was in tears and not happy tears"

"I love Vivian. She does my dip on natural nails, pedicures and eyebrows and does an amazing job with all three. The took time to get to know me and understands what I do for a living and why I have issues with my nails. She adds extra layers of dip for longer lasting nails for folks who work labor jobs. She’s never made my eyebrows look too thin. And she does a fantastic job on trimming cuticles both on hands and feet. Oh and she does lil artsy stuff on my nails for special occasions if I ask. If you want to try her, set an appointment in advance. It can get very busy there and she is quite popular."
