"The hairstylist seemed new, but that didn't really bother me until she gave me attitude about correcting a term she used because it wasn't what I was asking for. She was silent through the entire cut and color, in an awkward way. When she was about done, I had to remind her that I wanted bangs! How do you forget that?! She also talked to someone in the back and laughed. I know it was about me because I heard her say "shh, she's still here". Very rude and unprofessional. I was really hoping for a new regular place to go but this wasn't it."
"Reagan was the best! I highly recommend! I was having one of the worst days and she continued to treat me so sweetly. She did absolutely amazing on my low lites and hair cut! Have been getting compliments all morning at work! I feel like I got my confidence back! ❤️"
"I called and got a same day appointment with Reagan. I had hair that was past my shoulders, almost mid back. I asked her if she has done many graduated bob hairstyles, and she assured me yes. I told her that I wanted an asymmetric (A-line) hair style. Basically, the side that my bangs fall on I want to be longer than the other side of the part line. She cut it the opposite way. I even had a picture on my phone open the entire time so she can reference it, and it did not help. My hair is completely butchered, and now way too short to achieve the hairstyle I wanted. On the side that is supposed to be asymmetrical, there is a huge gapping whole in it! It looks like I got gum stuck in my hair and had to cut a chunk out of it. It is nothing like the pictures I had showed her. I expressed my disappointment, and she said: “well if you don’t like it then we are done here”, and quickly scurried off to the back of the salon. I told her I did not want to upset her, but what was I supposed to do with my hair now? She told me I did not have to pay, but I told her that I would still since she took the time to cut it. I was not at all trying to get a free haircut. I wish I can post a picture of what my hair looks like so others can see how horrific it looks!!!! I have been crying for a day & half now, and just don’t see any other way of fixing this cut aside from going to a pixie haircut. The salon should be called “There’s No Hope”!!!"
"I've been going to Joanie for the last 10 years and don't trust anyone else with my hair. I get compliments on the color from the time she colors it until my next appointment 6 and up to 8 weeks later. She's a color genius."
