"Had an absolutely horrible experience. The lady (Erika is the name on the mirror where she sat him) cutting my 4 year olds hair clipped him, he reacted and she tried to say he was lying that she didn’t do anything. When I turn my son around to see what happened he had blood and she tried to say she hadn’t seen it. Then as I’m trying to tell her I’m not comfortable with the haircut she begins to aggressively cut the top part, I again told her that was entirely too short. She motioned to me that she was evening it out. I specifically told her I wanted the top part long. Not only did she leave it extremely short it is also uneven. I tried not to make a scene for the sake of my son but she was very rude and ruined this place for me."

"Sunday service: Google shows open until 8PM I showed up and the store said it was open until 5:00 PM. It is 4:45 PM so I am happy I made it but nope... the door was locked so more people couldn't go in. If you are going to stop taking clients at 4:30, then that should be the time listed."
