"I called the establishment yesterday, but nobody answered. I was like, okay, business hours, they're probably very busy. Let me send them a message instead. So I went on Facebook contacted them, and they answered around almost 3 hours later. I asked if I had to make an appointment over the phone, I wanted to book earlier today or Saturday. They then answered that they were full and would look for an opening. I thought wow really cool. I left another message letting them know what time I was available today and tomorrow, and if they didn't have any openings, I would be amenable to making an appointment for next week. The message was seen, but there was no reply. I just thought, well, it is kinda late that they'll probably respond tomorrow. They didn't, so in the afternoon, I sent another message as just asking if they could let me know if there were any openings. Again, the message seen but no reply. So I'm not saying it's a bad salon, but a simple no would have suffised instead of the silence."
