"I honestly don’t understand who wrote the reviews for this place. Reading them, I thought I would get a descent service (didn’t have high expectations from the beginning) but the experience was awful! She did a terrible job with my hair color and hair cut. I showed her two pictures of what I wanted. I emphasized several times that I want sporadic thin BROWN light in my hair. She said she understood it but didn’t even bother to make a color for me. Immediately started using the color she had already and put the color all over my hair. I was a bit shocked but thought I should trust her. Just mildly asked her if the color would be brown and not blonde and she said yes. After she washed my hair, I saw it was gold (kind of blonde) and almost more than half my hair was this color rather than sporadic thin brown lights!!! I was shocked to the point that I got all silent. Then she started cutting my hair. I asked her to thin my hair a bit, she took her “razor like” thing ( I don’t know the name of it) and cut my homogenous hair and shortened all the hair on the top! It was another shock. What kind of experienced hair dresser would do that!!! I really didn’t know how to react. I was numb!!! Just paid $190!!! With tip and left. My hair looks terrible and I am so mad. I would not go back again and do not recommend it to anyone if they want a decent service. For the sake of fairness, I would add the owner was a nice person, was fast, and gave me a tip on styling my hair. That’s it!"

"This is the best salon I have come across. I have tried many! High end and all. Let me tell you, the work ethic and quality is beyond any salon. She takes the time to get to know you, get to know what you want, and makes you feel comfortable with saying “no” or correcting any little thing you would like to. "Glamour Hair Salon is Top notch. Liz is fantastic!. I called Liz last half hour of business on a Friday after looking for a place after a year of no cuts. She said she would wait for me (first time meeting)and I got an amazing cut. Her skills are of the highest leve and l Im Looking good and feeling good. Liz has a new client and I have a new stylist.
