"I had such a terrible experience. Check in staff didn’t even look at me. No one told me to wash my lashes. I had to tell them. If I didn’t know any better, I just simply wouldn’t have gotten my lashes washed. Tech was sweet however there’s a lot to be desired for her skill set. I told her multiple times that my eye was in pain from the tape. I was ignored. By the end of my appointment, my eye was so irritated. Multiple bottom lashes stuck to the top. The tech was like pulling them apart and it was even more pain. I noticed a cluster of lashes was oddly placed. But I just wanted to leave. The tape and bottom lashes issue had never been an issue at my previous studio. Ever. Later on in the day, I noticed that the bottom of eye was blood shot and sensitive to the touch. This is also something I’ve NEVER experienced. With my previous studio, I would go every 2-3 week for around a year. None of this was EVER an issue. It’s been 2 days now and my eye is still blood shot and sensitive to the touch. For $270, you would think I would have gotten a better customer service experience. I love amazing lash. But this studio is just simply not it. Go get your lashes done elsewhere."

She always listens to the type of lash style I want and my eyelashes always look amazing. I definitely will recommend her for anyone who wants an experienced lash stylist."

Their service takes an hour long which is very fast and convenient for my busy lifestyle. Amazing Lash Studio is open on weekends and available in the late afternoon as well.
