"I usually love my experience with Phillip and my acrylics on my nails were done well. Typically don’t leave bad reviews but it’s been a few hours now since my visit (probably my 6th visit now) and I still can’t shake this feeling. I was the first through the door and I was set to get a pedicure with a woman who was very nice but found out was new AFTER my pedicure. I overheard two of the ladies talking about different items done with each pedicure. This was as they were prepping to do one of the techs pedicure for practice for the newer girl. I felt so offended because they were going to practice on an employee while they had just used me as a trial run I suppose. I did get deluxe which she did not forget to remind me was better because it had callous removal but very little was done since a small pumice stone was used. Same thing I use to maintain a good pedicure at home. I asked for more tools and she mentioned she didn’t use them. I felt so robbed because I had to remind her of a hot towel and didn’t get a massage, my shellac was bumpy on my big toes. I hate hate to complain and understand practice but pricing should reflect that or give the client an option not to be part of training for the new techs."

"I go to nv nails and I always request Leyda for my nails . I get a lot of compliments from everybody . Her technique to do my acrylic nails is the best!! I always walk out 100 percent satisfied with her work ., she is very talented I been going to her for over a year now. She is the best !!"
