"This was my first visit to Bliss Nails, and it’s now my go-to nail salon. I had the organic pedicure and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The nail technician, who I think is also the owner (?), was so kind and friendly. She was extremely careful with my nails, didn’t take off too much nail or cuticle, but just enough. I also brought my niece in for a manicure, and the technician was so kind and gentle with her. Everyone was very friendly and professional."

"I got the signature manicure and pedicure with shellac. It's been a long time since I've treated myself to the spa. I went with a friend and we got the same treatment. After two days, the shellac on one of my toes completely fell off. A day later, shellac on two of my fingers completely came off. And as the days went on I've lost a total of 4 nails and 4 more are chipped and/or cracked. I just want to say, the most laborious thing I participated in was changing diapers. This tells me that the product they used was not good at all. Also, the friend that I went with had an even worse experience at the spa. She ended up with two toe infections and a couple chips and cracks as well. Aside from the major issues, we both felt like we didn't get a quality mani/pedi and it is a lot of money to spend that I really don't have. We were only visiting Texas so we won't be able to get this resolved with the salon."
