"My daughter and I went to get pedicures on Saturday. Tina did an amazing job on my pedicure. However the lady that did my daughters pedicure did a mediocre job. She didn’t even ask what type of pedicure she wanted. The lady seemed rushed and in a hurry to get done and go sit down at the manicure table to be on her cell phone looking at videos. This was supposed to be a relaxing mother daughter day!"

"Spent more than 30 minutes choosing a color not because they have a wide variety but because of the lack of. Every color I picked was a color they didn’t have…. If you’re looking for professional looking nude colors this is not the place for you. They do have a lot of neons, bright pinks and glitter enough to take you back to the 80s. The location itself looks a mess. It’s very dirty and ugly."

"Went in for a Spa deluxe pedicure and added 2 acrylics to my toes. My feet were soaked in water for 2 mins and "Ali" started doing the acrylics and kept my feet out of the water for an hour. It took her 1 hour to apply 2 acrylics. I expressed concern over not having anything done to my feet, no scrub no nothing and she was already gonna start applying my shellac polish. She said she'd do it after. I have never had a pedicure where they apply shellac polish 1st n then want to start the process of soaking the feet, and applying all scrubs and removing callus n what not. I was livid at this point and just got up to leave. She wanted to charge me 25 for a basic pedicure... what pedicure?!?! You applied 2 acrylics and applied my shellac. She did nothing else. If she doesn't know what she's doing then they shouldn't have her doing pedicures. I have no problem paying but I expect to pay for work actually done. I have never had any issues at this place before but this was definitely a bad experience to keep me from going back. I'm not gonna give my money away for things I'm not even getting."
