"I have ingrown toe nails and I've requested Kathy to perform my pedicure for years specifically because she understands the issue I have. She is always polite, professional, and caring about taking care of my problem nails and feet. The massage is great too. I strongly recommend Glossy Nails for your pedicure needs. Thank you Kathy!"
"Very nice place. Good location. Computerized check in and out. No appointment necessary. Staff is very personable. Helpful suggestions, professional job on both manicures and pedicures. I will definitely be coming back."
"Thank you soo Glossy Nails you never disappoint!! Kathy was awesome thank you for a great experience and awesome design!!"
"So glad I found this place. I’m super picky about my pedicures and have had a hard time in the valley finding a place to go. I like a lot of time spent on my cuticle making sure it’s clean and keeping the square shape on my toe nails. This place did an amazing job! I’m so impressed. I also had them fix my nails from a previous place that left me with a set of thick uneven nails, the got them filed down to a thin natural overlay like I prefer! I will never go anywhere else."
"While I’d happily pay $65 plus for the reference photo I showed this tech (attached below), this nail tech had poor craftsmanship and care for my nails and it shows in my photos. I have had these nails done before using the same reference photo and have had amazing results. I know how these nails are supposed to look on my hands. These are the reasons why I stopped this nail tech midway from continuing my nails and will not go back: The nails glued on were way too curved which effected the length and shape. After the nail tech filed my nail bed, she placed the transparent liquid and my nail bed began to burn and hurt. That has never happened to me. When it was time to place the nude product, she laid it with the brush unevenly and left gaps which made it look bubbly. When I told her there were gaps, she added more on top completely disregarding the gaps, which led to my nails being more elevated. She used a file to shape my nails into a coffin shape, my right thumb was crooked. One side was slanted and the other was straight. I asked her if she could file the side that was straight. She argued with me so I called my husband over and he could tell it was crooked. The other nail tech stepped in to fix it. When filing down the excess product with a drill bit, she filed all the nails on my right hand, and disregarded my left hand with the exception of only filing my left thumb. I had to tell her the other fingers were not filed which made it look like a bubble. I repeatedly told her my left fingers were still bubbled and if she can file it down. She would barely drill it and proceeded to try and take out the nail polish to paint the French tip. This happened at least 5 times as she kept trying to move on to nail polish over and over again. I mentioned earlier there were huge gaps, so because she rushed laying down the product, there were gaps that could not be smoothed out. I asked if she could redo those fingers and she complained that it was past the time. She never checked with me when I walked in at 6:40 to see what I wanted which led to her rush. There was no one else after me as there were no more customers. I calmly told her that if she was going to rush, I’d rather her stop and I can go elsewhere. She gasped, looked away, & angrily cut my nails off."
