"DO NOT make an online appt. I don’t think they even look at it. Made an appt for 10:00 but they open at 11:00. Accepted that and came back for 11:00. When I told the owner/manager (she opened the shop) she was rude and wouldn’t listen to what I was explaining about the website. Decided to wait as she started with another person. Two other employees come in and moved so slow and were on their cell phones while I waited. 20 minutes later… my pedi starts. They don’t know anything about customer service!"

"Staff is very friendly & attentive. Anna did my acrylic shellac nails, only thing is the nails were shaped crooked i did tell her and she fixed as best she could but does need improvement there not squared/straight as i wanted. She was very fast and nice as well but My fingers hurt because she cut me with the filer also she was a rough. Pictures from next day:"
