"The wow factor ! I just discovered this hidden gem using Google looking for alternatives of Colombian food near Katy. The food is absolutely delicious. The portions are very generous and the service was excellent. They were very busy around 3pm Sunday but despite of being that busy, they have plenty of servers and food arrived in good time and the server made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Clean facility, restroom y good shape despite the amount of people in the restaurant. I ordered beer empanadas Churrasco and my wife Carne asada with beans. The food has the wow factor everyone is looking for. I was transported to the flavors and good service of Colombia ( Coffee region). The bakery items are also delicious: Pan de bono with the freshly made coffee is a must to try. No se arrepentirá ! Guau factor garantizado"
"This is my first time having Colombian food and if you want an authentic experience this is definitely the place to go. The lady who owns it and the whole family behind the restaurant is straight from Columbia. They also have great cappuccinos latte espresso‘s! I got a cappuccino today and it was amazing. Thank you so much for your hospitality and great service. All the waitresses here are very warm, personable, attentive and kind"
"So glad we tried this place! Went at 10am on a Sunday, so it was super busy, lots of people picking up to go orders, lots of big tables. Service wasn’t fast, but they made up for it with how friendly everyone was. Our server was super helpful and helped us navigate the menu, we had never eaten columbian food before. The beef empanadas, arepas with cheese, and pandebono were amazing. The breakfast plate with the steak was really good as well. Will definitely be back."
"Delicious Colombian food. Food was very generous, and priced fairly. I hope it stays that way, because this place will become one of my frequent go to restaurant. If I had a list of comfort foods, this Ajiaco would be one of them. I had this soup elsewhere before, but it cannot compare to this one. Very rich, flavorful hearty chicken soup with potatoes. The spice used in the flavor is unique. The soup itself is filling and leaves you very satisfied. The regular sized bandeja paisa is humongous, it can feed two people. I love maduro, if you notice the big size of the sweet plantain, unlike other places that give you two sad tiny pieces . They have a smaller bandeja option, but we didn't know regular size was going to be that big. It was equally delicious, the sausage was really good. From the bakery, The buñuelo was just ok, I couldn't taste the cheese. The empanadas with guava and cheese was good."
