"I’ve been here at least 5 times for pedicures and nails. My pedicures done by a male with tattoos were good. The first time i went in the guy in the very front was awesome! The last 2 times i walked in and got nails done by an older lady with glasses. She cut my cuticle the first time and today I requested a new set. She ripped my old set off with clippers, false nails and her fingers. It hurt so bad and now my fingers are sore!!!! She cut one one my nail beds and it began to bleed. She didn’t apologize and said accidents happen. She was rude!!!! I told her I wanted someone else to do my nails and she acted like she didn’t understand and made excuses. I will never go there again!!!!!!!"

"My all time favorite nail salon !!! I was going to Hermosa Nails in McAllen and paying 100 bucks with tip for both mani & pedi. Now here with Paris Nail Spa I pay like 80 with tip I love it ! Great customer service and super clean !"

"This was my first time and never again. The lady I was with was rough and rude. She kept moving my have and saying “ugh”. I went to go wash my hands and asked where I could leave the towel she rolled her eyes and said “ugh” again. The refill is not great she could’ve gone over it again. I understand people have bad days but I am as well paying for a service and I don’t think it was worth $33."
