"I'd give 0 stars if I could but 1 is the minimum. I wanted hair extensions so I asked Petra how much she'd charge me and she said $150 which I thought was cheap because I've paid $500 for extensions before. Well little did I know, I had to buy my own hair. I didn't like that but for that price, I went. When i came back from the hair store, she was hell busy with another customer and made me wait about 1 hour. After that, she began by 'washing' my hair but started hitting my head against the sink side by side. I didn't realize she was doing this at the moment because I was so distracted by my phone. Then, as she started putting my hair extensions, she started talking b.s about the hair they sold me and how cheap it was when it was her that had actually given me the hair sample to give to the employee at the hair store. She ended up closing her salon with only me left and she STILL didn't finish all my head because I also needed another pack of extensions (she just told me to buy 1). She made an appointment to go back the next day, a sunday at 4pm so I had to go to church with my hair half done even after paying her $180 in full. When i got there at 4pm the next day, she wasn't there so i went next door to Odis salon to ask if they knew her cell number and they luckily did. In spite of being 2 hours late, she still wanted to argue with me about it instead of getting started right away. I had to call the police so she can either give me a refund or make her finish my hair. She chose to finish but still wanted to tire me low key as she wouldn't let me put my head down on the sink this time as she took her sweet time meshing the extensions with my natural hair color. When she finished, she wanted to charge me again even after not giving me a receipt the previous day for this EXACT reason. She doesn't want you to have proof that you already paid her so she can charge you again. I ended up going to Odis salon to clean up her mess, everything costed me $550."

"NEVER get your nails done here. i got here at 2 pm and left a 4:50 pm. EACH NAIL is a different size. every single nail is bumpy. the drill hit my skin MULTIPLE times. hurt. every. single. time. definitely getting a refund. never again."
