"Had me waiting outside for the lady to unlock the door, when it’s 7:18 pm and one person in the lobby, just for her to tell me the lobby was closed but the other lady didn’t show up to shift. clearly the time online says 8pm. So one mans cut takes 45 minutes? She couldn’t open the door to tell me that ? Instead made me wait 15 minutes for her to finish the current clients cut. How is staffing issues my problem? So she can close the lobby 45 mins even tho it says 8pm. Okayyyyyyy. Well here’s my review."

"The older lady who cut my hair, literally spent only 10 minutes cutting my hair, I asked for long layers and she gave me a cut that I couldn't even see any layers then when I told her I couldn't see them, she started defending herself picking my hair off the ground saying she gave me layers showing me what length she cut off. If I wanted a 10 minute hair cut I would've done it myself. Very angry that I had to go buy my own shears and fix my hair myself at home. Will never return to this place."
