"We were excited to visit considering all the hype with people standing in line at HEB openings. We were disappointed. We found it hard to find items and thought the shelves and signs were too high. We also did not feel the aisles were accessible for mobility impaired persons. We also did not care for the Aldi type set up of the veggie department. There also we found the height of the shelving constrictive. We were definitely underwhelmed. We don't feel there is anything special to draw us to return."

The app is very easy to use, and makes the shopping part straightforward and simple. Then once you have your order in, picking up is extremely convenient. The crew is very communicative and helpful.
