"Dr. Ryan Knighton was ok on my very first visit. But then saw a Askar Miranda she did what Dr. Knighton did on my first visit then when I had asked her I thought u was going to clean my teeth she told me she didn't have time that she will see me next time she has canceled on me twice making me wait nearly a month before getting my teeth cleaned I would not recommend this place to no one and if I could put zero stars I would but without a star I couldn't post my experience on here"

"I went there,saw the doctor . She said and gave me prescriptions a week ago ,I'm still waiting ,I went back 2 times with no success, Something is wrong,I am 66 yrs old and a veteran but I guess it don't matter,than I call back to thier office ,no one receives my call .I'm going back in 1 hrs, hopefully I will get some answer ? Sad. UT true 2024"

"Constantly making me go through withdrawals and are impossible to reach. If you request a refill they say they forward it to your doctor and then it never gets filled. They're phone are also frequently offline or say they are closed when they are in fact not closed. The doctors and medical staff are great but they're answering service seem to take pleasure in being useless."

"The staff is pleasant when appointments are actually kept. I am constantly getting canceled and rescheduled at the last minute. I called to schedule an appointment at the beginning of the year for kidney stones and they couldn’t see me until October because that was their closest appointment. I Just got canceled the day before and rescheduled for March of 2024!!! A full year after I initially tried to make the appointment. At this point I don’t even need to see the doctor anymore. If you have a true emergency and need to get in to see a doctor, good luck!!"

"Waiting almost 3 hours for an answer on the phone is so unacceptable it is always the same thing, had an appointment schedule 2 months ago for a holiday when i told the receptionist multiple times it was an observed holiday waited 30 minutes for her to confirm it was opened fast forwarded they call me that i need to reschedule because it's a holiday! Now they can't schedule me until DECEMBER when it was there mistake! Going to a different provider because i am done with the unprofessionalism of this people who do not care about there patients time and important appointments."
