"After I had my tires rotated through mobile service, I noticed what appeared to be a slight vibration at higher speeds. I figured it was due to wheel imbalance. I easily got an appointment and the staff solved the problem."

"Rubén Valencia, and Dave, who are associated with this gallery are liars and thieves. They are corrupt people that are feeding off of people’s time and money. They sold my car even after knowing we were on the way and they never let us know. They tried to sell us a car in their lot thinking we would be dumb enough to accept. They sold my car after I sent in a 6000 dollar car payment, payed for a charger, and arranged everything in a timely manner. They sold the car I payed for and had ordered myself, they made us wait and changed our dates numerous times only to place it on hold. They sold my car to someone who payed them a little extra under the table. Someone payed these people under the table to sell my car and they accepted. They have no work ethic. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Most of the good reviews you will read here have nothing to do with the service center. Most people are excited about test driving or taking delivery of their new car. Once you have to deal with this location for service, its a nightmare! I have a had multiple service "appointments" and none of them have gone well nor have any of the issues been resolved. The staff was argumenative we me about obvious issues, the location and time of my appointments change with very little notice, and they quote you for repairs they havent even spoken to you about or looked at. The car is great, buying it is awesome, but maintaining one in El Paso should be part of your consideration."

"When picking up my Tesla Model 3 this location was great. The staff were very friendly and had everything ready for my pickup. He helped me set up the Tesla app and even offered me drinks and snacks as I live quite far from El Paso and it is a pretty long drive. I spent around 15 minutes picking up my car at Tesla which is a crazy fast experience and was really convenient as I didn’t have to waste time doing paperwork all day or just sitting in a dealership waiting on things. Overall it was a very fast and quick experience and I would definitely recommend using this center to pick up your vehicle."

"Michael was helpful and knowledgeable Elon sure dies love his computers. Thought I was receiving a text but nothing yet. Had a nice chat with the ladies waiting for service in the service lounge. The whole experience was very pleasurable."
