"I was pleased with the haircut, but a little concerned about the bangs being a bit long. I had mentioned it, but convinced that they were fine. By the end of the week, I decided that they needed more trimming. Today, I decided to go by the shop and get them trimmed. The stylist fit me in as the next customer and trimmed the bangs. I am very happy with the final result, and am happy about the treatment that I received.. Thank you so much for your help and friendliness. P.Winebrenner."
"Everyone’s experience is different but unfortunately mine was not good. I showed her a picture and explained to her. Granted she was very patient with my son but i think the picture says enough. First time and last time there for us."
"Great service. Mayra is a very skilled hair stylist. Very attentive and customer service oriented individual. She makes takes her time to get it right."
"Got my haircut for the first time today, I was in and out fast even on a walk-in. I told them what haircut I wanted and they even ask questions to make sure they did it right. They even ask mid through haircut on updated. Will definitely be going back. If you want to get attended faster you can sign up online and get appointment."
"Had been going to this place for the last couple of years. Sometimes they would get the cut right sometimes they would slightly mess it up. I would just ignore the times they wouldn’t get it right because we are all human. But what happened during my last visit could not be ignored. I told the lady I just wanted a small trim to even it out as I was trying to grow it out. She asked if half an inch would be ok. I said yes. I told her I wanted LONG layers towards the bottom. I specifically told her I did not want short layers at the top, I do not like the to fat apart from each other. I even explained that that style makes it look like a bird nest at the top and very sparse hair at the bottom. She said she understood and that she was just going to even it out 1/2 in all over. She started cutting, spraying lots of water directly into my face, and forecefully slapping the hair into my eyes. I said nothing. But then I started noticing very long strands of hair being cut. Not only that, but the right side was about 2 inches shorter than the left. I was very surprised. She then said she was done and handed me the mirror. I asked if she noticed how uneven she was, she said no. So I grabbed hair from both sides, she compared it and said: oh yeah, that’s right I messed up. Let me cut the longer side. I told her I had only asked for half an inch to be cut and now the first layer was by my eyebrows. And she says: well, then just leave it like that, is not that noticeable. And I told her 2 inches are really noticeable. So her solution was for me to try and comb it different directions and part on the other side. She then asked what I thought about the layers. I told her she had done exactly what I asked her not to do. She basically gave me a mullet. And then asked: but why don’t you like all the volume at the top? Well, it’s a personal preference, I did not ask for it. So she then says that she will cut the longer layer to try and balance it out so I would not have very short layers at the top and one loooong layer at the bottom. I agreed because it looked very bad. I told her she had cut more than half my hair and still had one side 2 inches shorter. Her response was: well, you can still pick it up in a pony tail. So I went from having medium length hair to barely being able to pick it up and one side shorter. I thought she would at least apologize or give me a discount. That did not happen, she went on acting as if it was ok and questioning why I did not like my mullet. We’ll just because that’s not what I asked for. Not wanting to cause a scene I just paid her and left. Will never be returning here"
