"We are regulars here! This place is very clean and the staff is super nice. It is family owned. They do not rush you through and they put quality and care in their services. That is the most important thing to us. Especially since we bring my elderly grandmother who needs some extra special care with her feet."
"Hit and miss depending on the day the workers have had. Some days you get beautiful nails, other times it’s not right. The younger man sits in chair 1 right behind the register is nice. He talks to you and makes conversation with you. The younger girl that does nails next to him…attitude every time I’ve been there. She’s done my nails a few times. Most she doesn’t even apply the polish to the cuticle. She leave space making it look like your nails have grown out a week already. She never talks, never gives eye contact. Last time I was there both the guy and her(assuming they may be siblings) got into an argument where he yelled out to “call mom” I was the only one there getting gel manicure by the girl, another customer came in wanting brows waxed. The male turned the wax on and told the customer they would be with her shortly. The girl doing my nails failed to tend to her as she was still busy with my nails, makes sense. The guy become upset that she was taking too long and not tending to the waxing as he just sat In the back doing nothing. In his language, he started yelling at the manicurist. Customer asked if she needed to come back, and the manicurist told her yes. So the customer walked out and the guy just became extremely upset that she turned away a customer because she was tending to my nails. about 10 minutes later a couple walked in wanting a Pedi Mani, the girl told him to sit down she would be with them soon, and the guy was not doing anything but yelling at the girl the whole time. Instead of tending to the other customers, or even starting the water to have the pedicure started, he just became very aggressive and started yelling and banging chairs walking in and out of the nail salon, screaming yelling, and cursing, even in English. The older customer then walked out because they started to feel uncomfortable. I myself felt very uncomfortable sitting there, having my nails finished as they both continue to yell at each other. Mostly him. Again, I was the only one in the salon, and it was very uncomfortable for me to be there and have them yelling at each other. Very unprofessional, I did feel sorry for the girl doing my nails because it seemed like the guy didn’t want to do anything to help the customers that day and wanted her to do all the work, which I see that she was busy and couldn’t tend to these two customers leaving me in the middle of my manicure, because that would be unprofessional as well. She did end up charging me less due to the situation that went on, but I have not been back since. Again, it was a very uncomfortable situation, and no apology from him for his actions while he was yelling at the girl. Her way of apologizing was not to charge me full price but again sometimes it’s a hit and miss with that location. I don’t think I’ll go back there again."
"Do Not come here! I am not one to write reviews. The owner made the experience very uncomfortable. I came with my daughters and as soon as we sat down the owner was persisting my daughter gets the gel not regular polish. When I said no thank you he stated “ we are not going to get rich for $5 more for gel. “ My daughters tech cut the sides of two of her fingers causing a lot of pain. My tech took his time with my nails but cut me while filing. He unfortunately continued to file in the same spot. I left with my finger swollen. I came back to show the owner it was bleeding in case it possibly gets infected. He stated “ you’re not going to lose a finger you’ll be fine.” Overall, the owner had no professionalism nor customer service skills. I will never come back here and I’m very disappointed . I paid $125 for a very bad experience ."
"The first time I came here was for a dip ombré for my engagement! I LOVED THE SERVICE AND OUTCOMES! My nails were beautiful and stayed on for 3 weeks before I needed a fill. The next time I went was for my wedding because the dip isn’t harsh on my nails, it looks better and the nail techs are all amazing. They even “foiled” my ring nail to give it a little pop!! I love this place so much, there’s nowhere else I can go. They made my wedding that much more special ❤️"
"I had a beautiful pink set done 2 weeks ago. My mother spent $150 for pedicures and fullsets. I like my nails long, so i am use to the length, however the nails didn’t last a week. I’ve had to get two repairs on 3 nails, and then my thumb and ring finger broke shortly after. I did nothing remotely rough with my hands to cause the breakage. I am no longer in the city to speak to the owner directly, but I called and told him that i wasn’t happy with the quality. He proceeded to say things like “I don’t know why you are crying about your nails.....you shouldn’t blame us because you are rough with your hands....go somewhere else.” Terrible customer service when facing criticism and they’re products seem very cheap. Beautiful work is done but it chips or breaks with the slightest movement. I am disappointed. And to think I even left a VERY generous tip when my middle finger was repaired."
