"Would give five stars but I got cut to times and it hurts really bad they did amazing on my hands and feet they would have gotten five stars if I didn't get cut paid $115 and I got butterflies on my nails which is $65 for my nails and 50 for my feet"

"DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP. IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION, USE IT!!!! ...literally the worst pedicure I've ever had I only come to this shop sparingly - if my original shop is too full and I am in dire need. Usually, pedicures are decent, but the lady that did my pedicure today had an attitude because I only wanted basic services...regular polish with the express manicure. She gave me reasons that it was a bad choice at least 4 times, telling me that it takes forever to dry, that she will charge me extra to change the color, and so on. Honestly, this isn't the first time that I have encountered so much resistance for wanting basic nail polish. They tell you it doesn't last long, or that gEl is so much better. I had gel on my nails when I arrived, so I think it's fair to say that I know what I want. However, I still left unsatisfied with a rush job. Then she rushed the polish job, trying to cover blemishes with clear polish. I could do that at home!!!! She acted like she couldn't see the lumps in the polish until I asked her to fix them. Overall, they are subpar and overcharge for services. I'll never come back here. I recommend the shop around the corner on aean Haggerty instead. They always take their time and ensure you get what you ask/ pay for."

"After 75$ before tip this is the outcome of a gel pedicure. I was was leaving town immediately after this and was out of state most if July. I had called and spoke to Ben and he said there's nothing we can do expect give me a discount the next time I come back. There is no way I will ever go back here. Also, the lady was in a hurry, she knew that she messed up the toe nails and should have fixed it. She was going from person to persona and left me there for some time. Its a shame, and these people here are not experienced at all. The gel on the toe came off and how embarrassing when I was on vacation showing my toes all month. Shame on this business. Shame on the poor customer service, and manager if it is Ben along with the lack of experience they all have. Do not spend your $ on anything gel here. They have no experience with this type of service. ."
