"When in and waited for 30 min. When I sat down with the stylist and asked her for a "low skin fade". She needed me explain to her what I was talking about. You cut hair in a military installation, there should be no explaining. I just said nevermind and left. There are better options to this salon that obviously doesn't ask before they hire if they know what they are doing."
"Took my 4 year old to the Fort Bliss location on Pleasonton. I refused to pay because he left looking like an Englishman from the 1800s. Asked for a medium fade and a top trim. His bangs are crooked and one side of his fade wasn’t blended well at all. I asked the stylist to clean up the fade and she buzzed him to his top hairline with no blending at all. Now he has a medium fade on one side and an awful high an tight with no blending on the other. Worst haircut he’s ever gotten. Will not return"
"Had 3 haircuts by 3 different people. My oldest daughters hair is not even. The other two you can't even tell anything was done. None of them were very friendly. Younger man cutting hair in the back was the friendliest staff member. Kept chatting with my 2 yr old and he didn't even cut my kiddos hair."
