"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My friend went there and they yanked and tore off FIVE HANDFULS OF HAIR OFF OF HER HEAD!!! And they treated her HORRIBLY! It wasn’t until they realized she had long hair, that they started being nice to her and stopped being aggressive. You were literally able to hear the raking and snapping of the hair as it was being “brushed.” My friend was being manhandled simply because of how curly her hair was, they assumed it was short, or if they were being racist towards her because she didn’t speak Spanish. I don’t recommend ANYONE going here."
