"Kim is an absolute rockstar. She is attentive and friendly. I would put her up against any “stylist / barber” and she would win in a cutt-off battle. Her mom also works there and is just a sweet person, but I always prefer Kim to cut my hair. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays."

"Firstly, I showed up at opening time and sat there for thirty minutes. Nobody showed so I came back later. I went in for a simple trim to touch up my layers in order to reduce the amount of some hair dye I had from a prior coloring. The stylist was very nice, but she absolutely butchered my hair. She was very fast and lacked any precision, each layer sat on top of the other and it looked ridiculous, no blend at all. As she worked speedily, she combed through my hair without being attentive to anything else and ripped my earring out of my cartilage piercing with the comb. It was super painful. I’ve had good experiences here but will not be returning after this one, it was a train wreck all around."
