"I was offered a fitting by a sales associate but when I agreed, the girl seemed annoyed. She passed me on to someone who else who had a measuring tape around her neck and when we went into the fitting room, she calculated a size that was far too large in both the band and the cup. She then brought me a bra in this size and said she would check back in so we could adjust accordingly from there, except she never came back. I waited 15 mins in the fitting room while searching for other options from other stores online while I could hear her chatting outside on the sales floor. As I made my way to the exit, I walked in the path of the woman who was supposed to help me but she offered no acknowledgement or apology for forgetting."

"The worst experience ever ... ordered online I got the order confirmation, waited 2 days and never received an email letting me know that the order was ready for pick up. I called the store to ask about the order only for them to tell me they didn't see an order for me but they had the items and put them on hold but I would have to pay for a whole new order. I called the customer service department and they were able to find the order but they couldn't confirm with the store due to it being late , the store was closed for the day. I went ahead and called the store the next day and spoke to Niecy not only was she a bit rude but she said she couldn't find an order for me. I called customer service again and they once again found my order. The rep put me on hold and called the store directly and spoke to Niecy. According to the rep on the phone Niecy told her the order was found and that the items were on hold and waiting for me to pick up and that I had until Saturday to pick them up. I showed up Friday and was there for 45 minutes only for them to tell me that they could AGAIN not find my order. After going back and forth and wasting my time the store associate went next door to chicos to speak to Niecy and I could hear the conversation they had where Niecy said she put my stuff back... not only did I not receive any communication about this but wasted my time completely. The associated helping me then offered to match pricing on any other similar items but I unfortunately did not find anything in the right size or style that I initially ordered. The lack of communication and consideration for people's time is what gets me... I understand having things go wrong with online orders or errors but not being consistent with your story Is frustrating. I was given the run around and wrong information on multiple occasions. Very disappointing."

"The ladies who assisted me in a bra fitting were very helpful. They were also able to get my account pulled up and offer me some specials due to my loyalty status. There were a few items that weren't available in my size (this has been annoying at every location, but they've always been helpful to order for me and have delivered to the house). Some styles weren't available in my size at all, even online. I'm not sure if they sold out or if they don't make them."

"Next time I’ll be sure to order completely online or pick up from a different location. I ordered two bras online. 1 was to be a pick up and the other was to be delivered. I receive an email about my order being ready, as well as a voicemail from this location. As soon as I arrive, an employee tells me my order isn’t ready. When I explain to her that I received a phone call and email, she laughs and says that she wasn’t the one that called me. She never once inquires about my name. She finally hands me someone else’s order, and I tell her my name. My order was ready and there the entire time….. absolutely poor customer service."

"Loryn was ever so patient and knowledgeable about the product. I spent way more than I planned to spend. Loryn was so helpful in pointing out the deals and specials, I was able to take full advantage of my coupons. I also got a few extra things that I needed: items I had been eyeing for a few months. While I think that Loryn was especially helpful. I have consistently had a positive experience at this store. I drive an extra 16 miles to this store because salespeople are that helpful and the selection is always good. I am consistently able to find my size, color, and style. Kudos to the store manager for building such a great team!"
